At Idle Made, we do our best to get your order packed carefully and shipped quickly.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $35.

For orders under $35, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any available upgraded or expedited shipping options will also be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and service selected at checkout.

Most standard domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipment has been scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Idle Made is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bigredbrands.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@bigredbrands.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.
